Rubber PVC badges

Modern, flexible, robust, durable... PVC badges are a real eye-catcher on your uniform or on your keychain. Your design is converted into a mould. In this mould, we inject the PVC so that each colour area is nicely delineated and your badge gets a really robust look. We can make both 2D and 3D badges. If your design contains small details in addition to the colour areas, logos or text, we can print these on afterwards if required.

Rubber PVC badges are increasingly seen on military uniforms or the uniforms of emergency workers such as firefighters and ambulance workers. They are clean and remain durable for years even under the harshest conditions.

iBadge stands for quality. We therefore do not produce anything we are not convinced of ourselves.

The production process of PVC badges is quite extensive. Based on your digital design, we make a mould with the various layers of your badge. In that mould, we then cast the successive layers in PVC with the right pantone colours.

Because making the mould of a PVC badge takes a lot of time, it is quite expensive. You don't really notice this with a large order, but it does make a photo scan a bit more expensive. A photo scan of a PVC badge costs €100. Of course, this amount is subsequently deducted from the full order.

How to do it? Go through the ordering process and tick the ‘order a photo scan’ box.
