Rubber PVC badges
Modern, flexible, robust, durable... PVC badges are a real eye-catcher on your uniform or on your keychain. Your design is converted into a mould. In this mould, we inject the PVC so that each colour area is nicely delineated and your badge gets a really robust look. We can make both 2D and 3D badges. If your design contains small details in addition to the colour areas, logos or text, we can print these on afterwards if required.

Rubber PVC badges are increasingly seen on military uniforms or the uniforms of emergency workers such as firefighters and ambulance workers. They are clean and remain durable for years even under the harshest conditions.

At iBadge, quality comes first. We never produce anything we are not fully satisfied with ourselves.
The production process for PVC badges is quite extensive. Based on your digital design, we create a mould containing the different layers of your badge. In this mould, we then pour the successive PVC layers using the correct Pantone colours.
Normally, the quality control is carried out internally by our graphic team. If you would prefer to receive a photo of that first PVC sample in your mailbox for approval, simply tick “I want to see a sample” when placing your order.
This option adds €25 to your cart.
