General terms and conditions

Nothing from this site may be published and/or duplicated without explicit and written permission from the owners and developers.

The payment period of our invoices is 14 days. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, invoices must be paid contact before we proceed to ship the goods. We accept the following payment methods: online payment via the Mollie payment system (credit card Visa or Mastercard, Bancontact, KBC, Belfius Direct Net or iBEAL) or a bank transfer. In the event of late payment, statutory interest on arrears will be charged, with a minimum of 10%.

The goods remain the property of Wood&Stitch bv until full payment is received. Goods leaving our offices travel at the customer's risk. Wood & Stitch bv is not responsible for any errors, problems or damage caused by delivery by the shipping service.

Our delivery times are always given for reference and will be met as punctually as possible. However, late deliveries do not give any right to compensation.

An online order can be cancelled up to 48 hours after it has been placed, regardless of whether it has been paid for or not. Cancellations must always be made by e-mail to info@ibadge.com.  

The customer or buyer is solely responsible with regard to existing copyrights on images used by us on his behalf. iBadge assumes that the customer is the copyright holder of a logo, or is authorised by the copyright holder to use this motif or logo, and therefore accepts no liability for any infringement of copyrights. The customer, and only the customer, bears full responsibility in this respect. After producing your badge, iBadge owns the copyright to the created badge. Although we hold the copyright, we will never reproduce without the client's consent. After a blocking period of at least 1 month after delivery of the goods, iBadge has the right to post images of the goods on the website or social media for promotional purposes. If the customer does not agree to this, he must indicate this explicitly and in writing when placing the order(s).

Complaints regarding the delivered goods must be reported in writing and within 8 days of the delivery date. Anyway, any damages are limited to the new value of the badges at the most. We are never responsible for consequential damages.

Placing an order constitutes express acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

Any dispute relating to the execution of this sales agreement falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Dendermonde.

Your details will only be used by iBadge and will never be passed on to third parties.
