Sometimes you only need one piece and we are happy to help you with that.
Before ordering a larger quantity, would you like to see what your badge will look like ‘in real life’? Then order a photo scan. Go through the ordering process and tick the ‘order photo scan’ box. You will receive a photo of a finished copy in your mailbox.

NEW – See a proof first
At iBadge, quality comes first. We never embroider anything we are not fully satisfied with ourselves. Every design is first converted into a digital embroidery file. Then we embroider a first sample, and only when everything is perfectly on point do we proceed with producing your full order.
Normally this quality check is done internally by our graphic team. If you would prefer to receive a photo of that first embroidered sample in your mailbox for approval, simply tick “I want to see a sample” when placing your order.

How do I design a badge?
You don't have to be a designer to create a unique, personalised badge. At iBadge, we help you create the ultimate badge in a variety of ways.
Get yourself started with user-friendly programmes such as Canva, Photoshop or an AI generator. If you work with cliparts or cartoon images, we can embroider or weave them. More detailed designs or photos usually require the technique of embroidery with sublimation.
- Make a sketch or drawing of your idea, being as complete as possible. Load up your drawing when placing your order and we will do the rest.
