Payment and shipping information

As a customer, you want reassurance that you can pay safely. Rightly so!
The iBadge webshop works with Mollie to provide that assurance. Mollie takes care of the safe processing of your payment and offers security solutions that meet the strict security requirements drawn up to guarantee a safe network and security of data and information.

Mollie allows you to pay for your orders immediately. You can pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), via Bancontact, KBC, Belfius Direct Net or via iDEAL (for our Dutch customers). This service is free of charge.

All Mollie payments are handled in a secure web environment. You can see this on the page address: it starts with ‘https://’. This means that the site is secured using SSL technology. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer, and it is used for secure electronic transactions over the Internet. It uses ‘public key encryption’ technology, where the transmission of data is encrypted. All credit card transactions are carried out with the support of the 3D Secure programme.

To ship your orders, we try to recover as many materials as possible. Think of cardboard boxes and various filling materials. 
The packaging materials we buy ourselves are as ecological as possible: recycled plastic or paper shipping bags, paper tape...
So don't just throw away the packaging material. Because it may seem like a simple cardboard box or a (too) big envelope. 
It is also your starting point for a creative journey. Get started!
We work together with Bpost and DHL and try to deliver your parcel sustainably and safely.

Did you choose the option ‘collect in Lede’? When your order is ready, we will notify you. The order will then be ready for you at our offices in Lede, East Flanders. There is a car park in front of the building where you can park for free for 2 hours with a blue disc. Our office is at the back of the building, so just walk around the block.

  • Standard home delivery

Your parcel will be sent via bpost's parcel service. If you are not present on the day of delivery, bpost will leave a note in your letterbox or let you know by e-mail that they have been by. You can then collect it yourself from the post office or post point within 14 days. Shipping costs are €8 incl. VAT.

  • Standard delivery to a Bpost collection point or vending machine

You can have a parcel delivered directly to a Bpost collection point. During the ordering process, you can choose this option and the collection point nearest you. Shipping costs are €8 including VAT.

TIP: When you place an order for camp badges and want them delivered to your camp site, delivery to a collection point or vending machine is a good idea. After all, camp locations are not always clearly marked for the postman. Thanks to delivery to a collection point or vending machine, you can pick up your parcel yourself near your camp site.

  • Express delivery via DHL

To ensure that your parcel is delivered to you the day after shipment, you can select express delivery via DHL during the ordering process. Shipping costs are €25 incl. VAT.

Shipments outside Belgium or the Netherlands are always sent via DHL. Shipping costs are €25 excluding VAT or €30.25 including VAT.

When the parcel is ready for shipment via Bpost or DHL, you will receive an e-mail with the track and trace link. If you opted for pick-up in Lede, you will not receive a track and trace link but we will notify you when your order is ready.

Complaints, comments or questions

When you place an order, we get straight to work. The production process of a badge takes some time and we like to keep our word regarding the predefined shipping date. If you still wish to cancel your order, please send us an email within 48 hours of placing it.

Placing an order also implies an obligation to pay. Even orders that have not been paid for immediately and will be paid for afterwards by bank transfer, will be considered as a full order. This is unless the order is cancelled within 48 hours of it being placed.

Of course, we know you expect the perfect badge. And rest assured... so do we! It is our absolute priority that badges are of high quality.

A good badge starts with a strong design. Always try to upload as correct an image as possible during the ordering process. Also take into account the correct proportions and dimensions of the badges. All information on technical requirements and possibilities can be found on this page. If your design meets all these requirements, you can count on the badges to fully meet your expectations.

Having said this, a mistake is of course always possible. iBadge works with people and human error is not entirely out of the question. :-) Do you have a question or comment about the badges you received? Feel free to send us an e-mail, possibly supplemented with photos to show exactly what you mean. We are ready with needle and thread... er, I mean ‘with word and deed’ to solve the problem.
